Kiyoshi Koyama, a first-year high school boy, is a very big fan of VTubers. One day, he fell asleep while illustrating a VTuber character after class. His illustration then was caught by Nene Otogawa, one of his classmate. Admired his work and wanted to become a VTuber as well, Otogawa requested Koyama to draw a model for her.
