Naoto, a "corporate slave," and Ren, a "host," meet at 5:00 a.m. at a beef bowl restaurant in the Kabukichou area of Shinjiku. They are complete strangers who just so happen to share breakfast each day side by side—a rather unusual relationship. A corporate slave whose day is about to begin and a host whose day has finally come to an end. This is a morning-routine story that depicts the only 15 minutes in which these two people, who live on opposite sides of the clock, cross paths!
