What caught Leopold's attention, besides the urgency of the situation, was that all the officials were somehow connected to the bombings he was currently investigating. Initially, Leopold suspected that the list had been leaked to the press. However, upon closer inspection, he made a shocking discovery. The list included not only those that had already been victimized by the bombings, but also others, including the name of one that sent chills down his spine - "Commander Gihren Zabi," the leader of the Principality of Zeon.
